At Toy Eden, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The item was delivered damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product
• The product is unused and in original packaging

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Used toys
• Items without original packaging
• Clearance or final sale products

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange a product, contact our support team with your order number and product photos (if damaged). Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Note: Shipping charges for exchanges may apply unless the mistake was on our side.
